More than just a study group. Explores how we learn—and why we sometimes don’t. We utilise the psychology of learning: what drives motivation, how memory works, and what to do when procrastination takes over. With practical strategies, engaging discussions, and a look at concepts like intrinsic motivation, amotivation, and cognitive techniques, this is the place for curious minds who want to learn smarter, not just harder.

This section tackles self-confidence, imposter syndrome and the fear of speaking up—even when you know you should.
